  • Can I Pay via Check or Cash?
    Yes! Select your preferred payment option in check-out.We'll pick-up payment when we drop off your order.                                                            
  • Can I Pick-up an Order?
    After you have placed your order, we will call or email you to set up a pick up location and time.
     
  •  Pick Up Locations:

    Or Bernalillo Farmers’ Market (starting June 21), Rotary Park Road, Bernalillo, NM
     
  •  Do You Deliver?
    Yes! Delivery is available in Placitas.


  • How Far in Advance Should I Place My Order?
    Most orders are filled in 3 days for items listed on the website. For large orders, private chef scheduling, or custom orders we ask for at least a 2-week notification. For Special Events/ Catering/Private Chef please contact David@SpectrumBaking.com or call (505) 596-5198.  


  • Is the Chef licensed?  Chef David is ServSafe certified and a licensed food protection manager. He completed his apprenticeship 20+ years ago with a Seattle Chef of the Year at Sand Point Country Club, then moved to the Seattle Gold & Country Club, before moving to New Mexico. Here he focused on senior nutrition, as the Executive Chef at a senior residential facility in Albuquerque for over a decade, transforming it to an all-scratch kitchen, and elevating the meals to center nutrition and longevity.
     
  •  How Do I Reheat My Baked Items?
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place your products on a baking sheet and cover with loose foil. For small 5" items bake 5-10     minutes. For large 9" quiche or pies, bake 15 minutes. Do not bake pecan or lemon pies, though.
     
  •   Can I Freeze My Items?
     Yes! Although it is not recommended to freeze pecan or lemon pies. Before freezing,
     wrap your products in plastic wrap and a Ziploc bag. 


  •   How Do I Reheat A Frozen Pies and Quiche?
     Defrost in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for about 5 hours. After
     defrosting reheat covering with loosely fitted aluminum foil in a preheated 350 degree
     oven. For small 5" pies, bake 15-20 minutes. For large 9" pies, bake 40-50 minutes. Do
     not bake cream pecan or lemon.
